Italian Yoga Retreat
Tuscany, Italy
Sept 27 - Oct 3, 2025
Celebrate the dolce vita with a week of wellness and restoration in the Italian countryside! Located on the border of Tuscany and Umbria, this week-long Italian Yoga Retreat blends the perfect amount of yoga, culture, history, fantastic food, and friendship that will awaken your spirit and leave you feeling refreshed, inspired, and reconnected with yourself.
About the retreat
Our venue for the week has been family-owned and operated for four generations. This 100-acre estate and olive grove is an Italian national landmark overlooking Lake Trasimeno. In addition to hosting yoga retreats, it is a popular wedding venue and agriculture farm producing organic olive oil.
The historic main building has been converted into 11 quaint Italian countryside apartments. The apartments are unique with their own authentic Italian farmhouse style and outside garden area. Please keep in mind maintaining the integrity of these historic buildings means foregoing some modern luxuries like AC (which is why we’re visiting in the autumn). Each apartment houses 1-2 bedrooms, a kitchen equipped with appliances, a bathroom, and an amazing view. Shared apartment options include a private bedroom with a shared bathroom (2 people per apartment), or you may choose to rent an entire flat for the week if you prefer more privacy.
Each day begins and ends with a yoga practice in a beautiful studio overlooking the Italian hills and countryside. Mats and props are included, so no need to bring your own.
Meals are farm-to-table, and served under a wooden pergola overlooking the lake. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten and lactose-free diets can be accommodated.
Experiences throughout the week include an olive oil mill visit and tasting, pasta mill visit, and three town tours with private guides including Cortona (famed from the film Under the Tuscan Sun).
Free time can be spent relaxing at the pool overlooking the hills and Lake Trasimeno, exploring a designed secret garden, or taking a short walk to the farm house to visit the small veggie garden and pet the animals. Activities like wine tastings, massages, horseback riding, paragliding, biking (mountain and e-bike), kayaking, stand up paddle board, and hiking can be booked at an additional cost.
Nourish and honor yourself through movement, breath work, meditation, delicious food, adventure, community, and play! Experience the connection, freedom, and FUN your heart + soul craves at this Italian Yoga Retreat.
This retreat is perfect for solo travelers, friends, and couples. All levels welcome.

Italy accepts euros and most major credit cards (Visa, but not always AmEx and Discover). I recommend getting euros at the airport for tips, small purchases, etc. especially if you plan to shop or eat lots of gelato.

Tipping is not mandatory, but is always appreciated. There is not a fixed percentage and it is very much based on your experience. Many Italian businesses (mainly hotels and restaurants) catering to American guests have increased the quality of their service to cater to American standards, so it is something that they have become more accustomed to. However, if you don’t like what you get, do not tip.
